Accessibility Statement
LAST UPDATED · 10 JULY 2026
We build for people who work in hard conditions. The least we can do is build a site they can all use.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and to align with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. We treat that as a floor rather than a certificate.
What we have done
- A skip-to-content link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
- Semantic headings and landmarks, in a logical reading order.
- Keyboard operation throughout — navigation, the search overlay, the newsroom filters, and every form field can be reached and used without a mouse.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Respect for the reduce motion setting. If your system asks for less animation, our scroll animations do not run.
- Color and contrast chosen so that text does not rely on color alone to be understood.
- Text that reflows and remains readable when enlarged.
What we know is imperfect
We would rather name our gaps than claim we have none.
- Our capability statement is offered as a PDF. PDFs are not always as accessible as web pages. If you need that information in another format, ask us and we will send it.
- Some editorial photography carries text within the image itself; that text is not selectable.
- We have tested with keyboard navigation and automated checks, but we have not yet completed a formal third-party audit.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, tell us. Email hello@crewlogistics.com or call 800-273-9256. Describe the page and what happened. We will reply, and we will tell you honestly when we can fix it.
If you cannot use the contact form for any reason, the email address and telephone number above reach the same people.
