We collect almost nothing. This page explains exactly what we do collect, why, and what happens to it.
Who we are
This website is operated by Crewfacilities.com, LLC doing business as Crew Logistics (“Crew Logistics”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal information described here. Our office is at 311 Ranch Rd 620S, Suite 107, Austin, TX 78734. You can reach us at hello@crewlogistics.com or 800-273-9256.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your first name, surname, organization, email address, phone number, whether your enquiry is government or commercial, and your message.
We do not collect anything else. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across this site or any other.
What we do not do
- No cookies. This site sets no cookies of any kind. That is why you have not been asked to accept any.
- No analytics. We run no analytics or measurement tools — no Google Analytics, no tag managers, no heatmaps.
- No advertising or social trackers. No pixels, no remarketing, no third-party embeds.
- No third-party calls. Every asset on this site — including our typefaces — is served from our own infrastructure. We contact no advertising network, analytics service, or social platform. The single exception is our live Disruption Watch map, described below.
- We never sell or rent personal information. We do not share it for advertising or any other commercial purpose.
Why we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to answer you, and to have a record of the conversation if it becomes a working relationship. Nothing more.
Who processes it
This site is hosted by Netlify, in the United States. When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered and stored through Netlify Forms so our team can read and reply to it. Netlify processes that information on our behalf and under our instructions. Once we reply, the conversation continues over ordinary email or telephone.
Live disruption data
Our Disruption Watch map shows live severe-weather alerts. To do that, your browser requests current alerts directly from the U.S. National Weather Service (api.weather.gov), a public government service. That request necessarily reveals your device’s IP address and the area you look at to the National Weather Service, under its terms — not to us. We send no identifying information with it, set no key or cookie, and store nothing it returns. This is the only outbound request any page on this site makes, and it happens only on the Disruption Watch page.
Spam prevention
The contact form includes a hidden field that human visitors never see, and a short arithmetic question. Both exist only to stop automated submissions. We do not use what they capture for any other purpose, and we do not profile you with them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them — to respond, and to maintain a record of any engagement that follows. When an enquiry no longer serves a purpose, we delete it. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Because we hold so little, these requests are usually simple to satisfy. Write to hello@crewlogistics.com and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is intended for business use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information — contract-sensitive details, personal identifiers, or anything requiring a protected channel — through the contact form. Call us instead and we will arrange the right way to receive it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
