Crew Logistics
CREW LOGISTICS · HOTEL PARTNERS

We are an operating partner, not a booking channel.

Hotels carry our crews. That works when the hotel is treated as part of the operation — told early, paid correctly, and never left guessing.

WHAT A PARTNER PROPERTY GETS

The hotel is part of the operation.

A booking platform sends you a reservation and disappears. We hold the account end to end, which means the property hears from an operator, not an inbox.

One point of contact
Not a rotating cast of coordinators. The same desk holds the account, and it answers at 3am.
Reservations held and released by us
We hold, change and cancel. Your front desk is not chasing a client for a rooming list.
Changes communicated early
Crew plans move. We tell you as soon as we know, not when the crew arrives.
Invoicing that reconciles
One record, audited against actual occupancy. Disputes get resolved against evidence, not memory.
Repeat, predictable volume
Rotational crews return. A property that works for a crew keeps the crew.
IN A PARTNER’S WORDS

A property that hosts our crews, on what it is like.

One property, answering a five-question set. Trimmed for length and otherwise unedited.

THE RELATIONSHIP
Our relationship with Crew Logistics has been very positive and built on trust, communication, and teamwork. Their team has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We truly value the partnership and appreciate the confidence they place in our property to accommodate their travelers.
HOW THEY COMMUNICATE
What stands out most is their communication and organization. The Crew Logistics team is clear about what they need, communicates changes promptly, and works with us collaboratively to find solutions. Their professionalism makes it easy for our hotel team to stay informed and provide the level of service their travelers expect.
THROUGH THE RESERVATION
Crew Logistics does an excellent job of making the reservation process as smooth as possible for both their clients and the hotel. They are attentive to traveler needs, provide accurate information, and help coordinate changes or special requests. This level of support helps minimize confusion and allows us to focus on delivering a comfortable and positive stay for each traveler.
WHEN PLANS CHANGE
There have been situations where reservations or traveler needs have changed with little notice. In those instances, the Crew Logistics team has been quick to communicate with us and work collaboratively toward a solution. Rather than allowing an unexpected change to become a problem, they approach it with a solution-focused attitude and keep everyone informed. That responsiveness is extremely valuable in the hospitality industry, where plans can change quickly.
TO AN ORGANIZATION CONSIDERING US
I would highly recommend Crew Logistics to any organization looking for a reliable travel, lodging, and operational support partner. They are professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely focused on taking care of their travelers and clients. From a hotel’s perspective, having a partner who communicates well, follows through, and works with us to resolve challenges makes a tremendous difference. Crew Logistics has proven to be a dependable partner, and we are proud to work with their team.
WHAT WE ASK OF A PROPERTY

Straightforward, and stated up front.

Rooms held to the agreement. Accurate availability. A named contact who can make a decision. Crews arrive late, leave early and rotate, so a property that can handle a 2am check-in and a next-day change is a property we come back to.

We inspect before we place crews. That is not a formality — someone visits. If a property is not right for a crew, we say so, and we would rather say it to you than move the crew out later.

If your property carries working crews, we should talk.

Tell us where you are and what you can hold. If we are not placing crews in your market yet, we will say so.
