Anyone can quote you a rate at two in the afternoon. What matters is who answers at three in the morning, when the pipe bursts, the crew has nowhere to sleep, and reveille is still at six. I’ve taken that call more times than I can count. It’s why this company exists.

People ask me why so much of our team came out of the military. It’s not sentiment. It’s an edge. They’ve lived on the other end of a bad billet, and they don’t let it happen on their watch.

Since 2017, we’ve supported crews on more than 150 federal and commercial contracts, nationwide and overseas. Every federal evaluation we’ve earned says the same thing: they’d work with us again. Here’s what I believe, and what I’ll stand behind: the rate was never the savings. The structure is. Get the structure right, and the rate takes care of itself. That’s not a tagline. That’s the whole company.
