We hold facilities to the standards a mission requires — proximity, security posture, suitability — screened before a crew member ever checks in. Star ratings are marketing. Operational vetting is infrastructure.
Anyone can quote a rate at two in the afternoon.
What matters is who answers at three in the morning. A water leak at midnight, a whole crew with nowhere to sleep, reveille at six. On our Coast Guard contract, that after-hours response is why the evaluation came back Exceptional. The work nobody sees is the work that earns the record.
