Checking the National Weather Service…
Every alert on this page comes from the National Weather Service, reproduced word for word. We tag it with the industries and markets it reaches, we show the window it is in effect for, and we drop it the moment that window closes. Under each alert we add a Crew Brief— our operational read on what the weather does to lodging, routes, and crew movement. That is the part you cannot get from the NWS, and it is the part we do for a living.
What it is not: we are not a weather service, and the Crew Brief is lodging and logistics guidance only — never safety, evacuation, or medical advice. For that, follow the NWS and your own emergency-management authority. Nor is this map tracking anybody’s crews; it shows where the weather is, and which of our markets sit in its path. The moment a hazard touches a market we staff, the work starts on our side.
